Tatiana Tereschenko, Music Director-Conductor

Biography

 

Tatiana Tereschenko was born in 1982 in a family of University Professor of Economics. For the childhood she dreamed to become a symphony conductor. Since 1997 Tatiana was conducting in Presbyterian Church. In the Church she created string orchestra. In 1999 Tatiana conducted the Brass Band of military unit.

Tatiana graduated in 2009 with honors from the Kazan State Conservatoire (Academy) specialty "opera and symphony conducting", class of Professor F.Mansurov. During her studying at the conservatory she conducted rehearsal with the orchestra of Kazan State Conservatoire, standing behind the board Kazan Symphony Orchestra music school, worked as an assistant conductor of the symphony orchestra of Kazan State Conservatoire, opera class. During the period 2005-2007 she was the artistic director and chief conductor of the Youth Symphony Orchestra of Kazan. Hear teacher Mansurov described the student T.Tereschenko as a highly gifted musician with outstanding conductor's data: "... her ear for music, rhythm, technical equipment to me to be exceptional. Bright musical data organically complemented inherent Tereschenko analytical skills...".

In 2010 Tatiana began working as a conductor in Pacific Symphony Orchestra (Vladivostok). It is the eldest orchestra of Far East of Russia, with own traditions.

During her work as a conductor of the Pacific Symphony Orchestra Tatiana had produced a range of interesting and varied program: "Music of the XIX century Europe " (J. Brahms Symphony number 3, Sibelius " The Swan of Tuonel", Dzh.Enesku Hungarian Rhapsody number 1), " Winter dreams " (Tchaikovsky Symphony number 1, Suite from the ballet " The Nutcracker "), " Farewell to the Carnival "(V.Kalinnikov Symphony number 1, M. Glinka " Kamarinskaya " Rimsky-Korsakov Overture " Bright holiday ") and others.

Repertoire conductor T.Tereschenko covers composers from different eras baroque, classical music to the latest XX-XXI centuries. Special place in the maestro take monumental canvases of Bach, Mendelssohn, Grieg, Brahms, Debussy, I.Svensen, Glinka, Tchaikovsky, Prokofiev, Khachaturian, as well as the work of contemporary composers: Gershwin, A.Honegger, Rodion Shchedrin, A.Mosolov, K.Molchanov, S.Berinsky, A.L.Webber.

Tatiana is an interpreter of different music styles: from classics to hard rock and vanguard music.
